Marie Crosse; one becomes three.

Marie Crosse

I have now started to divide and repot my auriculas, depending on the plant you can get from one to ten offsets from each mother plant. I begin to divide my auriculas after they have finished blooming. This is a small Marie Crosse which was one of last year’s offsets; it has already produced two offsets of its own.
Marie Crosse removed from its pot & soil shaken loose.

Offsets pulled from the main carrot.

Old flower heads are removed & plants potted into 8cm pots.
